INTERNAL COMPLAINT COMMITTEE AGAINST SEXUAL HARASSMENT
In accordance with the University Grants Commission (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women employees and Students in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulation, 2015, AVS Engineering College is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for all members of the campus community. To achieve this, the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been constituted with the following members to address complaints related to sexual harassment and ensure a secure and conducive environment for everyone.
Functions of the ICC:
- To address and resolve complaints related to sexual harassment in a time-bound manner.
- To organize workshops and awareness programs to sensitize the campus community.
- To recommend measures to promote a gender-sensitive environment on campus.

Reporting Mechanism:
Any person who experiences or witnesses sexual harassment is encouraged to report the matter to the ICC. Complaints can be submitted in writing or via email to the ICC at grievance_helpdesk@avsecmail.in. All complaints will be handled with utmost confidentiality and impartiality to ensure fairness and justice.
